Our shop sells a variety of products including clothing, household goods, food, and licensed items such as alcohol and cigarettes, so you’ll experience many different aspects of retail.

What You’ll Do
As a retail apprentice you will help with the daily running of the shop. Your responsibilities may include:

Serving customers and operating the till

Assisting customers with products and enquiries

Stocking shelves and organising displays

Keeping the shop clean and tidy

Helping with deliveries and stock control
-
Following store policies including age-restricted sales
Every day is different, and you will learn valuable customer service and retail skills.

Training & Apprenticeship
Successful candidates will have the opportunity to complete a recognised retail apprenticeship qualification while working in the shop. Training and support will be provided throughout the apprenticeship programme.
